The New Nametag

I am a member of the Phoenix Quilt Guild. I am also the vice president this year (due to me being voted in when I wasn't there). We wear nametags to each meeting so we can remember who we and others are. I just made my nametag today. It came out like I wanted it to--always a bonus. I think it looks great!

Cleaning out my life...

I like lists. I am a list maker. I have recently made a list of all the little things that get pushed to the side. Things that I 'can do another time'. Well, today is that time! I have gathered up all the unused, unwanted, already read, not playing that instrument any more, and general clutter and am selling online, donating, and getting rid of all that stuff! I feel free.

Well, Hello.....

I am here to share my accidental journey into the land of quilting. My super amazing friend, Sarah, has pulled me here by giving me tasks to do when I show up at her house. Along the way I have learned to sew and to quilt.
